Getting Here

Be Our Guest

You love tennis, we love tennis, everyone loves tennis. Or do they …?

So yes, racquets and balls are here. And, happily, a court. And if you’re nice, we might even be able to find a pro.

Keep the eyes in the back of your heads open and watch those kids in or near the pool!! Seriously. We really like kids.

No running: You will break your neck or poke an eye out!

Don’t drink and swim; eat and swim or drown and swim! And don’t bring glass to the pool deck. Your feet will thank you.

It’s really a good idea not to swim alone. In fact, it’s a good idea not to do (almost) anything alone!

Please bring your pool towels from your guest suite and return them there each day. Pool toys and chaise cushions should be returned to storage and umbrellas closed please.

It is so worth it to have your own car to explore the hills, valleys, markets and to bring us back food and wine. So worth it, especially the last part.

Depending on where you are coming from, cars can be rented in Avignon or Marseilles.

We have tons of parking on site. Rates are excellent.😊

Isn’t it great visiting friends in Provence?

And you get to stay in one of the two guest suites, the Molly or the Helen.

The two suites share a kitchen, which has basics for a coffee in the morning, light meals, wine in the evening and even light laundry. The beauty of Rossignol d’Or is the opportunity to have alone time too, to read and relax, free of pressure. Enjoy.

Each suite is equipped with sheets, and bath and swimming towels for your stay. At the end of your stay, the cleaning staff (read:us) would so appreciate your bringing all your used sheets and towels to the main laundry in the back of the house. Happy to show you how to get the machines going. Any plates, cutlery, kitchenware that can be placed in the dishwasher or put back would also be much appreciated.
